Booking confirmation and payment methods

The booking confirmation is considered valid only after receiving the confirmation email from Elimi Favignana Apartments to the email address provided during registration.

The general conditions and in particular the booking cancellation conditions of the Standard rate and the Non-refundable rate are deemed understood and legally accepted in full.

 

Payment can be made by:

 

Bank transfer

It is possible to make a bank transfer at the time of booking equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit to guarantee the reservation. The remaining 50% will be paid directly to the facility during check-in.

Or, it is possible to pay the total amount of the stay in a single solution, as in the case of the Non-refundable.

 

For reservations made 3 days before the check-in date, the Bank Transfer option will not appear, so it will be necessary to pay through the channels provided by the system.

Reason of payment: Name and surname, booking identifier

The bank transfer must be made no later than 24 hours from the receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit slip must be attached and sent to the e-mail address booking@elimifavignana.it indicating the booking identification number in the subject line.

Leave your credit, debit and prepaid card details (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, American Express) 

It is possible to release the card details to guarantee the reservation, no amount will be charged. The total payment of the stay will be made upon arrival at the Reception.

Our office reserves the right to check the card and verify the coverage of the necessary funds equal to 50% of the amount of the stay and temporarily withhold the amount.

 

Option not valid for the Non-refundable rate.

NEXI Payment by credit, debit and prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, American Express)

In the case of the Standard rate, a payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay is made as a deposit to guarantee the reservation, the remaining 50% will be paid directly to the reception during check-in.

 

In relation to the Non-refundable rate, it is possible to pay directly online by card in a single solution.

PayPal

If you choose to pay with this method you will be directed to the PayPal website.

If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email address and password and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can proceed with a guest account or create one. Your payment will be registered within seconds and your booking will be confirmed immediately.

 

Before proceeding with the payment you will be asked to accept the “Terms and conditions” section of PayPal.

Scalapay: pay with 3 interest-free installments

Payment method, how the Scalapay rate works:

  3. Create an account in minutes. Scalapay accepts all major credit, debit and prepaid cards of the VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits.


At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged to the card provided. The next 2 installments will be charged to you on a monthly basis. Maximum amount that can be paid in installments for (single, multiple) bookings 2000€.

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you have chosen. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and you authorize this transfer.

 

In case of cancellation:

By choosing Scalapay, payment is in 3 interest-free installments, starting immediately. The cancellation conditions adapt to those of the selected rate.

 

Option not valid for the Non-refundable rate.

Check-in and Check-out

The delivery time of the apartments (check-in) is guaranteed from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm while the check-out is to be made by 10.00 am and no later.

In case of need of early arrival or a late departure we kindly ask you to communicate it with a minimum notice of 5 hours from the established time for check-in and check-out. Only if previously agreed and subject to verification of availability, as long as the check-out of the previous guest allows it, you can use the housing units until the desired time with additional to be agreed.

At check-in guests must show a credit/debit card to guarantee the apartment or alternatively € 50,00 for each occupied unit (as a guarantee) in case of: damage caused to the apartment and the accessories that are part of it, failure to comply with the rules as per the manual present in the apartment, lack/damage of the whites supplied at check-in (shower towel, face and guest towels) found at the time of check-out by some of the staff.

Upon arrival at the residence, customers must show up at the reception to deliver the identity document and tax code of the head of the family or group leader and the data (name, surname, date of birth) of the other guests occupying the apartment for the registration of data. However, to minimize the timing, you can send to the following email address booking@elimifavignana.it the documents and information mentioned above indicating the booking number/reference in question.

At the registration stage it follows the delivery of the keys of the apartment, so it will be your burden not to lose them since their replacement has a cost that will be fully charged to you.

It is expressly forbidden that the apartment is occupied by people other than or additional to those declared at check-in. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance at the reception, otherwise a penalty will be applied.

There is no type of refund for early departures for personal reasons.

For security reasons, guests are required to keep their belongings, make sure to always lock the door of their apartment both when you are inside and when you leave open balconies and windows to avoid the intrusion of people or animals.

Elimi Favignana Apartments disclaims all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property, for damage to persons or things that have occurred inside the apartments or in the common spaces of the property, for direct or indirect damage resulting from facts or omissions of other guests of the structure.

Any omissions or breakages must be made present within 12 hours of the occupancy of the accommodation to avoid paying the damages being unjustly held responsible.

Welcome set

The bathroom kit (toilet paper, single-dose soaps) and the single-serving kitchen condiment kit (single-dose oil, salt, sugar, coffee) provided are offered only at check-in stage in order to meet the upcoming guests needs. Any extras upon request at our reception will be subject to charges.

Cleaning

Apartments are delivered clean, tidy and sanitized.

For a minimum stay of 7 nights there is free rearrangement of the bathroom and bedroom, including the change of bathroom linen.

To ensure the constant hygiene of the apartment it is always guests care to take care of the elimination of waste, the rear management and cleaning of the kitchenette, including dishes, which must be left clean before departure. It is the responsibility of guests to differentiate their waste and throw it in the appropriate bins that are located at the collection point near the reception.

Alterations, tampering, movement of furniture and furnishings, sticking nails, smearing the walls, deteriorating the furnishings and causing damage to the objects present in the apartment are prohibited.

The customer is required to take the utmost care of the furniture and all the equipment connected to it.

Complaints

All plants and infrastructures are subject to periodic control and maintenance.
In the event that the guest notices the presence of a defect or a problem, he must report any disservice directly to the reception, which is committed to solving the problem within the shortest possible time.

In the event that it is not possible to solve the problem in a timely manner for reasons of force majeure (public holiday, disruption due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, internet connection, lack of immediate availability spare parts, interruption of external service, etc.), we require your understanding and we will endeavour to find an alternative so that we can continue your stay.

No claim made at the end of the stay or after departure will be accepted, the customer loses any right to any compensation.

Rules of coexistence and respect

Guests are requested not to disturb the neighbors and to lower the volume of the voice (or any radios) in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and between 22.00 and 8.00 in the morning.

Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
