Cancellation policy
Standard rate
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 10 days before the expected date of arrival.
In case of cancellation or changes made within 10 days from the check-in date, if you chose to pay by bank transfer, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total if the amount paid during the booking phase corresponds to 100 % of the stay. There will be no refund if the amount paid corresponds to 50% of the total amount of the stay, a percentage required to guarantee the reservation.
In case of cancellation, changes or in case of no-show the day of check-in there will be no refund and 100% of the entire stay will be required.
For bookings made using credit cards, the property reserves the right to pre-authorize the temporary payment of the first night. In the event that the card issued during registration does not have sufficient funds, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
